Aheeva now integrates with Salesforce.
For now, the integration consists of the following:
- Inbound forced or non-forced calls option.
- Agent connected via webrtc or softphone options.
- Auto-login
- Opens the call window on salesforce for any inbound and manual dial call.
- Contains a link to the recording that opens up in a new tab.
- It shows a couple of statistics: Call ID, Call waiting time, Call duration, Call Type and Call Status.
